Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services and agreements with AccountBase Partners.

1. General

These terms apply to all assignments and agreements with AccountBase Partners. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

AccountBase Partners offers a partner platform for accountants, including: access to accounting software, e-learning modules, social media automation, and personal support. Specific services are detailed in the partner agreement.

3. Formation of the agreement

The agreement is concluded after written confirmation by AccountBase Partners or upon commencement of the work. Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Partner obligations

  • Provide all required information and documents in full and on time
  • Provide accurate information
  • Inform AccountBase Partners immediately of any relevant changes
  • Cooperate with the performance of the tasks
  • Follow the AccountBase brand guidelines

5. Term and termination

Contracts commence immediately for an indefinite term, with one month's notice for both parties. Termination must be in writing; work carried out up to that point will be invoiced.

6. Liability

AccountBase Partners carries out its work with due care. Liability is limited to the payouts of its professional indemnity insurance plus the excess. Indirect damage is excluded. Claims must be reported within one year of discovery.

7. Confidentiality

AccountBase Partners maintains strict confidentiality regarding partner information, except where legally or judicially required to disclose.

8. Intellectual property

All developed materials, advice and reports remain the property of AccountBase Partners unless otherwise agreed. Use of the AccountBase brand is permitted solely for the duration of the partner agreement.

9. Force majeure

AccountBase Partners is not obliged to perform if prevented by circumstances beyond its control.

10. Changes to the terms

AccountBase Partners reserves the right to amend these terms with one month's notice to partners.

11. Governing law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Disputes are preferably resolved through negotiation; otherwise the competent court decides.
